We also paid to Ozone metrozone anna nagar and purchased a new flat in 2016 for their tower 18 or tower 19 project. We paid 10 lacs rupees in NEFT and balance we planned to issue in loan EMI’s. They said Bhoomi Pooja in next week and construction will start in 10 days so immediately pay the full amount by asking bank to dispurse the money. Then due to GST Demonetisation our company took a dip of 4 months from usual monthly turnover. So our banks too did not sanction the loan amount and said us to recover to a stage we reach our old turnover. We were in fear that we did not sanction the loan and dispurse money. But after 4 months when our banks confirmed that our company has reached stability and can go ahead we wanted to visit and see the status of the location and were shocked to see their construction office was put up there in the location and no construction was started. They casually asked why you did not ask bank to dispurse? Construction will start in 1 or 2 weeks time please proceed with bank dispursal payment worth 3.5 crores in those times. We heavily got doubt and did not proceed with the payment and stopped until they started foundation. Later after 6 months and 1 year passed they never started. Now we asked our 10 lacs advance payment refund and they denied and later we came to know many house owners and dispersed bank loan payments and were paying monthly EMI and the foundation was not even laid for them upto 3 years. We were shocked and we along with other house owners filed a court case individually. And in a few months time we won the case as well. When asked to issue money they simply closed the original company and opened in another name. We felt spending again for another legal case was of no use and left our 10lacs. But still we have the heartburn and depression that we were cheated for 10 lacs. We could’nt imagine the feelings of families who paid 3.5 to 5 crores for a property in anna nagar and started paying EMI and house was not built and further they were paying their exisiting rent at houses which they live.

@Groove599 @dayatiger197312 @CMOTamilnadu @TIDCO_1965 @UpdatesChennai I did to zurich through lufthansa last year. It was not a pressure for me or any passenger. Only people who are not a passenger of these flights have a problem with it.

@sanjayc610 @dayatiger197312 @CMOTamilnadu @TIDCO_1965 @UpdatesChennai I deal with European business partners. They prefer stop over every 4 to 5 hours. It is their most comfortable practice they do. Direct flight is preferred only by business class users. I really doubt if u will now fight for business class users?
