@TMobile The FTC Act prohibits unfair or deceptive advertising in any medium. That is, advertising must tell the truth and not mislead consumers. A claim can be misleading if relevant information is left out or if the claim implies something that's not true.

@ultabeauty this is not blonde, it’s not even close to the color my hair was before I went in! I went from a wonderful light blonde to this? After I showed the woman what color my hair should be. #ultafail ##wrongehaircolor #pissed

@CenturyLink why would you ship a modem when you already have somebody coming to my house to turn my intern on? Now I am paying for Internet with no modem because they’ve lost it and I blame you #badcustomerservice #badsystem #whereismyModem

@dougducey @ArizonaDES But your not going to give it to people until they jump through every hoop twice and act like a circus seal! I worked my butt off for my unemployment I deserve it I shouldn’t have to wait four weeks for you guys to decide to get around to it

@ArizonaDES you do realize that with what’s going on 4 weeks to wait for food money is inhumane. Waiting 4 weeks to find out IF we are going to get help. You have peoples lives in your hands.. #awful
