@SnappySnapsUK ordered a print, on the 21st March from the Watford branch & only just rec’d it! No reply to my various emails and message on the website, as to a delivery date. Waste of money as I couldn’t use it for what I wanted on the date I needed. Very disappointed.

Apparently @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail can collect @parcelforce packages but if it’s ‘lost/delayed’ the customer is screwed. 12 days later and still no parcel!? PF can’t track it as RM have it and RM don’t know where it is as it’s a PF tracking #. What a flawed system!!!

@parcelforce had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ‘manager/supervisor’ Phil Roddis yesterday over the phone. Rude and arrogant is an understatement. My parcel (48 hour express delivery) was sent 6 days ago but had still not arrived?

@nadine_ldnurse @LNRailway The issue wasn’t being moved. The issue was the rudeness and being intimidated by the member of staff. Being asked to relocate while the trian was moving, whether it be a pregnant woman, an elderly or disabled person, isn’t logical or safe

@LNRailway absolutely appalled by the behaviour of ASH SMITH just now on the 13.24 from Lnd, by asking me to move from 1st class whilst 7 months pregnant in a very rude manner. I explained I have been informed otherwise by staff and have been allowed to sit in 1st class before .

@iRlinzi @BrianDonaldson7 @LNRailway The issue wasn’t being asked to move. If you read the tweets you wld have ascertained that it was his rudeness and disregard that was the issue.

@crob4r @LNRailway you’ve absolutely shown the Common sense of a moron, however I did have a ticket and was told I could sit there. However the issue is simply being rudely asked to move while the train was in motion, is that sensible to you?? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@LullabyTrust disgusted by the abhorrent behaviour of conductor Ash Smith on the London Northwester railway who tried to fine me then made me move from 1st class with my heavy laptop bag whilst 7 months pregnant despite me telling him I have been told I could be there!
