A war for capital and $NVDA chips is starting. Two neoclouds I think go up from here: $SPCX, $NBIS. Two that keep consolidating: $IREN, $CRWV. The consolidators survive as long as their debt doesn't get too expensive to carry. The question that decides all four: who can bring chips online and still has the capital to keep expanding? That's the only moat in this trade.
@chamath Pretty much. As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers. SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch
@amitisinvesting So basically we only left with a few choice in neocloud segment. $NBIS, $SPCX - goes up in value $CRWV, $IREN - keeps consolidating in a range(heavily depending on their financials)

@Kalshi Common sense thing... US GDP is +ve only because of data center investments gling on. Inshort US GDP is pulled by Tech & AI. So, if AI bubble pops...US will go into recession and the market will tank by 40-50%.
