service has been extremely poor in my experience. They offer no real solutions and come across as dismissive toward customers.I believe those of us who have had similar issues should come together and consider filing a formal complaint against the company @qrsupport @qatarairways

@qatarairways Case CAS-311066-R5G8D9 | CRM: 0830000274191 I fly with Qatar every year, but this time was a nightmare. Delayed flight = missed connection. Forced to buy a Bali exit ticket unnecessarily. Very poor handling @qrsupport

Después de volar 3 veces al año con @qatarairways , ya no los recomiendo. Último vuelo: 12h de retraso, me obligaron a comprar otro billete por un visado que sí era válido (inmigración de Bali lo confirmó). No responden emails. Si hay problemas, pierdes tiempo y dinero.
