My top practices for wellness: 1. Drink water first thing in am 2. Practice optimistic closing activities w/ Ss daily 3. Practice 3 Good Things w/ family several times a week 4. Daily exercise: dog walk, spin, stretch, push-ups.. Days can still be tough, but these help. 🌟

A school Superintendent said something profound in his address cancelling school for the next 3 weeks. “In the end, it will be impossible to know if we overreacted or did too much, but it will be QUITE apparent if we under reacted or did too little.” Hear those words my friends.
