Cool feature: you can choose to remove steering wheel later when authorized in your state, but meanwhile you have a car you can drive yourself, and change it into a steering wheel-less robotaxi later. The bobtail’s turning radius offers amazing manueverability for a Class 8 semi. Put a Pup trailer on the short range variant and you can have a new class of owner/operators breaking into a new market, offering local delivery services to companies that won’t need to buy trucks and hire drivers. It’s an amazing opportunity that Tesla should promote 😉
