Walking Across The Width Of The Uk Yesterday I walked just over 13k in 3 hours as part of training to walk across the width of the Uk later this year. It was hard work but my first long walk, I have to build up to walking 8 hour a day for 5 days. #charity #productofapostcode

A study from July 2021 identified 1 in 6 children aged 5-16 as having a problem with their mental health. That's 5 children in every classroom. Young people need more support to overcome poverty, take care of their minds, and access better standards of living.
