@progressive I am in utter disbelief. I have asked for the name and email address of the next supervisor in line every single day for a month, and you continue to ignore me. At some point, someone will have to explain why you are so intent on preventing escalation

@progressive Why have my adjusters (Bob & Jessica) refused to provide supervisor info for 32 days, despite over a dozen written requests? I can’t escalate my denied reimbursement because they’re blocking the chain of command. This violates basic claims-handling standards.

@CapitalOne doesn’t care- doesn’t listen. Locked away every dime I have on a holiday weekend with no warning- no reason- and no answer. #disabled #homeless

@CapitalOne locked my Bank account after hours on a holiday weekend. This is an emergency situation! How can they do this? Help!

@CapitalOne it’s bad enough a customer can’t withdraw their own money on a good day- but holding someone’s insurance settlement hostage for 4 days while they’re #homeless and #disabled is extra cruel. #freemymoney so I can buy my new home on wheels!

@CapitalOne you locked my 360 checking account after hours on Friday of a holiday weekend. Now I can’t access my own money for 4 days? I called and arranged to raise my limit to buy an rv with my insurance money. #homeless #disabled

Renters insurance is a good idea. Renter’s insurance from @progressive is not! My claim has been mishandled since day 1. Stalled, altered, piecemealed, and underpaid. My adjuster is rude, unprofessional, and breaks Missouri insurance laws on a daily

@MissouriDCI Don’t use @progressive renters insurance! Unless you want your claim stalled, fraudulently altered, and mishandled in every way possible. I’m living that nightmare today

Renters insurance from @progressive is a waste of money. They stall, refuse to pay, alter your inventory, and find any excuse to keep the money you have coming. I e been homeless for a month now bc progressive won’t pay my claim.

Progressive Renters Insurance sounds good- til you’re homeless, scared, and your adjuster is working against you. #badfaith #nocommumication #e0daysandcounting

Another week- another broken promise. @progressive adjuster refused my ale, refused depreciation, and didn’t finish my claim again. #badfaith don’t buy renters insurance from progressive.

@progressive @progressive opening a new claim in the middle of the night without notifying me is hardly “listening”. . Finalizing my original claim and paying it in full is all I’m asking for

@progressive I lost a $5000 deposit bc my adjuster promised I’d be paid my full policy limits by 8/15. Then isdued 1/4 of that- at 4:45 pm Friday. 45 min after my deadline . #badfaith

@progressive My adjuster said she knew I was disabled but still wouldn’t help pay for a walker- because it was personal property! I couldn’t leave my chair for 3 weeks bc she wanted to split hairs.

@progressive I bought a $56000 personal property policy. Not a $6000, a $18000, a $4000 and so on. For a reason. Having my claim piecemealed is bad business and it’s causing me harm

@progressive You replied, but your adjuster is still acting in bad faith. She refuses to pay my a l e request, says she wants tom”hold off” on depreciation, and has taken 4 weeks to still not pay me

@progressive now Keke reynolds is just ignoring me -A month of “diligently working on my figures”. Piecemealing out my payout so I can’t utilize the 55k payout I was told I’d get when I purchased my policy. This is bad business and against Missouri laws. Nobody cares ?
