One lesson from building ReplyRocket 🚀 so far: Don’t over-engineer. I wasted hours on “perfect” UI → but 90% of the value is in the reply generation itself. MVP = solve 1 problem really well. The polish can come later ⚡ Are you also guilty of over-building before launch? 😅
