PLAN: The Phoenix Raise. Yesterday, our community and team experienced their hardest day through a hack by DPRK. Our community, many people outside of our community, friends with influence, exchanges, chains, cybersecurity teams, and even @cz_binance himself came for support after the events. We want to thank each one of you, as the Seedify team. We are not defeated by evil and have no intention of being weak against it. In fact, we plan to rise as a Phoenix in front of them. Since we launched $SFUND in March 2021, we have done everything via bootstrapping, not raising for ourselves and gifting our initial tokens to more than thirty thousand people. The same year, we became the biggest permissioned non-CEX launchpad by all stats and did what many thought impossible through sweat, blood, and hard work. Recently, we were transitioning from the permissioned model to a unique permissionless launchpad for products that want to raise, which we have beta tested with our community over the past week. The launch of that product would mark the beginning of a new era, and instead of being defeated at the last minute before this new stage, we want to invite you all to the Phoenix Raise. To not just recover ordinarily but to RISE from our ashes like a phoenix does, marking this event as a full-on transformation. @BNBCHAIN @meta_alchemist Talked to a few security guys in the industry. I believe they were able to help track it and froze $200k at HTX, the rest seem to remain on-chain. Looks like North Korea DPRK. Major CEXs probably have these addresses on blacklists now. Good luck!

Today at approximately 12:05 UTC, a DPRK state-affiliated group known for many hacks in Web3 gained access to one of our developer’s private keys. Using these, they were able to mint a large amount of SFUND tokens through a bridge contract that had previously passed audit. The OFT contract was compromised as a result, allowing the attacker to modify the contract settings and mint unauthorized tokens on Avalanche. This contract should not have been able to mint these tokens without any token being bridged. We used one of the most trusted and experienced auditors in the world to review these contracts and were assured that they were secure contracts that passed audits. We will be in touch with our auditors and security experts to review the security of all of our other infrastructure. These tokens were bridged to Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Base, where the attacker drained available liquidity pools, and subsequently bridged the maximum possible amount to BNB, where they were sold before we contained the breach. There is no ongoing risk to liquidity on BNBChain anymore, and we have paused all bridges. However, we advise against purchasing tokens on other chains until further notice. Once the issue was detected, we immediately coordinated with centralized exchanges to halt trading, blacklisted the attacker’s addresses across multiple chains, and revoked the compromised permissions. Once again, in addition to these: cross-chain bridges have been temporarily disabled. Importantly, this incident was limited to a compromised wallet’s minting privileges. Core contracts, user wallets, our website, and the underlying protocol remain unaffected. We deeply regret the impact of this incident and are committed to handling it with transparency. Further updates will be provided through our official channels. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our community and partners, your incredible support means the world to us during this time. Until now, building complex products meant months of work, big budgets, and large teams. With Vibe coding (ai-assisted coding), anyone can now go from idea to product launch faster, and cheaper, and test their product’s market fit efficiently. There is one area that is wide open that can make decentralized funding reach to greater heights than ever before. It is part of the biggest revolution that is happening in the product ecosystem, and no launchpad realized the opportunities it will bring to the crypto community. It's biggest thing since internet arrived. We are beyond excited about it, and I know providing max value there will have such ripple effects that Seedify will be known outside of web3 too with it. Some more preparations until we share it with you, one thing I'll share is: it will mean infinite amount of new products entering this ecosystem. With such speed that there will be constant new opportunities in our new launchpad.
