@PulmCrit Causes my sons very fragile lungs to go insane. No beta blocker for him, we learned the hard way. It's on his "do not give ever again" list. He's on ACE for his congenital heart.
@PulmCrit Empirically I find iv beta blockers for rapid afib pretty useless, and we basically don't have access to diltiazem(Stockholm)
