Psychological safety: The sense of security that allows individuals to express themselves, give feedback, and take risks without fear of retaliation or judgment. Vulnerability gap: The divide created by fear or power disparities which prevents individuals from sharing feedback.
Vulnerable: A state of being powerless to change or influence one’s situation, often tied to systemic inequities, or external forces beyond one’s control. vulnerable: The act of choosing to be open and honest, even when it involves risk, as a way to foster connection and trust.
