@De4dGrrrl The weather is hot in your country ? It is cold here. I didn't cut myself this year but when I cutted myself and the weather was hot I did put a bandage with compress and plaster so I don't schock people and I don't have to wear long sleeves, if it helps

@francierexia @greengobl1nshed The minimum is 0,8g of protein per kg of your body but when in deficit it is more like 1,5g per kg of your body to not loose so much muscles

@candy_kooks Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified. They put under that name all ed that doesn't meet anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, pica, etc, criterias. That doesn't mean it is less severe than others.
