@penmania @Shhharms @ThePTR2018 @ABTAtravel @Emailflights Thanks, I've requested to join on Facebook. I'm not prepared to pay their admin fees and I know they will count on people giving up on it so it's good to band together on this.
@QWTweeter @DanielPlumb @Emailflights Email flights just emailed me saying they will now not charge an admin fee to change the flight date.
@Shhharms @ThePTR2018 @ABTAtravel @Emailflights @QWTweeter I’m building a group for people being ripped off by EmailFlights so we can hold them to account. facebook.com/groups/1724753…
@QWTweeter @Emailflights I have been complaining with the help of Citizen advice. I recommend to call your local citizen advice office and follow their instructions. Also I have contacted Turkish Airlines and asked about what could happen if the travel agency doesn't pay the refund and apparently 1/2
@_Umaaanaz @Emailflights After waiting 28+ days for an email reply, I went on Facebook and Twitter to contact them. Only when I DMd my VC number on Twitter did they reply to me. I think they deleted comments on their Facebook page.
@Emailflights I find it utterly disgusting how you @Emailflights are holding on to a £75 admin fee per ticket for a service we haven’t received in the slightest and we have had to chase up what is actually going on. @ATOLprotected @UK_CAA @British_Airways

@Emailflights Booking ref : VC925A9C Customer serivce is insisting on a £236 (38%) admin fee on my flights cash refund. CX has confirmed airline is processing full fare refunds. Why are you robbing me of my full refund entitlement for no added benefit?
@DanielPlumb Turkish Airlines didn't give a refund but allowed to change to a future date for free. @Emailflights are charging a £75 admin fee to change the date.
@Emailflights how can you demand £350 in fees for a refund when our flights are cancelled and the airline is waiving any fees?!
@jen_peterson2 @Emailflights @ATOLprotected @British_Airways @Iberia @Iberia_en @BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis @UK_CAA @foreignoffice @financialombuds @TheSun @Telegraph @DailyMailUK Yes, they have not confirmed if they have been successful in getting my refund from the airline but they still say I must pay £75!
@seakingchippy @Emailflights @ATOLprotected @British_Airways @Iberia @Iberia_en @BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis @UK_CAA @foreignoffice @financialombuds @TheSun @Telegraph @DailyMailUK We've had the same problem with this company. Our flights to Cuba were cancelled through no fault of anyone: @Emailflights want to charge us £150 to 'attempt' to get our refund, despite the fact that we are legally entitled to a full refund within 7 days of our cancelled flight.
@Emailflights Maybe no admin fee for credit but over £100 of fees if you want a refund, against EU law and Atol protection terms! Misleading at best, unlawful at worst
@freyjavonsteele @Emailflights I got charged £130 to sit on hold for 2.5hrs. Never got through either! Still haven’t spoken to them and they won’t respond to emails. EE have put a cap on my phone charges now, but the damage has been done!
@BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis @WhichUK @Emailflights is holding customer refunds &charging £75 pr passenger with a 6month+ wait.
#RefundPassengers @Emailflights
@FarazHassan @Emailflights They are not being charged by airlines but trying to charge us @Emailflights
@Lounza @siliconglen @British_Airways @Emailflights My airline won't even confirm if they have refunded my money to EmailFlights yet or not! Very annoying!
