@LexnLin Amazing (especially the colors used), transistions could be improved though. Can you share more about prompt, duration, token/cost/usage?

@PJaccetturo Amazing scenes, irregardless of cost, I assume there was also quite some time saved with the blender approach? I am converging more and more towards preparation 90%, generation of the clip 10 % of spending the time per scene

@nemui_nekoooo It's also a leveling field, no gated advantage (by birth, nation or social background). You just need curiosity and can achieve more than anybody else

@signulll That's how it should be working, but still would add to ideas and thoughts a third aspect as well, and that is your previous network (followers, reporters, commenters)

@upbeat_dev Try out h3 max turbo, though you have to take much more care about correctnes of the prompt and reference images.

@signulll True, but also there is typical waves of the zeitgeist which come and go. You can be very interesting and get a lot of engagement this year, but next year it can be gone and the year after it can be back again

@heyrimsha Mostly cutting scenes with high fidelity and often scenes with extreme movements (action sequences and so on)

@botflixtv @lmoroney True, planing not only for the characters and their sorroundings but mostly also thinking about which movements can be replaced by camera rolls and angles

I also tested Wan 3.0 (30s multi-shot in one generation). Nice flow, but the look and sizes drifted, actions went missing, and it cost about 3x per usable second. For control, per-shot keyframes still win.

Continuity: the window landscape was added afterwards on one continuous timeline, so the view outside never jumps between cuts. Origami characters stay rigid and turn head or body instead of bending. And a free animatic per chapter before paying for any video.
