QBANK Risk Profile and Risk Mitigations **Off-taker Default** Because the Inventory is owned independently from the Off-taker, it remains outside of any failure risk of the Off-taker (it is Bankruptcy remote). If the Off-taker failed, the Trade Pool would still own the asset.

**QBANK Risk Profile and Risk Mitigations** Credit Risk Unlike traditional supply chain finance, credit risk is not a factor. The Trade Pool trading terms are COD; therefore, an Off-taker's inability to pay an invoice is not a risk factor.
