UNACCEPTABLE @bookingcom I’ve always chosen you guys, over and over, and the one time I have an issue, because the hotel I booked through you guys was unbelievably discussing? What should I expect the next time? Should I contact Glenn Fogel directly? @BookingHoldings

@queenalexam @bookingcom @bookingHoldings Absolute shambolic customer service from @booking.com messaged them via the app numerous times and no response. We lasted 4 nights in the accommodation i payed £1000 then another £1200 for the remaining 4 nights elsewhere. No help whatsoever, disgusting 😡

I did and they did NOTHING but got angry, got that recorded too btw. I did everything I was supposed to, send pictures about the unacceptable conditions and you guys emailed me with no answer. I will send you this second the required information and will wait for a QUICK response, since I payed 1346 euros!!! And 1800 more of the alternative hotel!! 😡

@onlineSuppgm1 I was more sorry to see how @bookingcom turn their back on me, after trusting this company for so long. I already sent my contact details.
