@Workshopshed @GuildOfMakers Mine too! In my last year of junior school, I was awarded an ‘A’ for perseverance by the head teacher and I’ve worn it as a badge of pride ever since. (I think it was a compliment 😊).

Rescuing a #3Dprinting support column failure with Nanotape. This stuff has so many uses and I can now add another one to the list - I am happy to report that PLA stuck well to an impromptu stack of nanotape pieces and restored a working support column.

My parents are currently on the Eurostar, it seems my father got into conversation with a Brexity type and told him he was on his way to Paris on behalf of the UK government to renegotiate EU membership for the UK. Apparently the man is now on the phone angrily calling people.

Bonus tweet for the dedicated followers. The Switch Cube is a 5 x 5 x 5 unit, sequentially interlocking puzzle and when I was originally working on the design, its working title was 'Quinsequential', the name I subsequently adopted when I first joined Twitter.

1. A brief history of my 3D printed puzzles. In the mid-noughties I set myself the challenge of designing my first interlocking puzzle cube. It wasn't great but I succeeded and then needed to find a way of making copies. Wood-working was out but I heard about 3D printing.
