On 18th my top to @RevolutApp via. card failed. Immediately reported including error code printscreen. Was told to wait for money to return. 20th I reported again that payment went through despite them assuring me that it will be cancelled. #revolutscam #itfail #badprogramming

@RevolutApp Prepare Brexit and whatever you want, but can you please put someone on your team to help with my account blocked? It is ridiculous than no one solves it, I sent all documents requested. Or just don´t block accounts randomly for have more funds available on your balances.

@marconnatto @RevolutApp So 5 days passed and nothing. Finally agent admitted that they not only screwed top-up via card but also system for returning transactions. Promises were made - this time money will be returned by 31th Guess their IT has to get sober first to return my money

@RevolutApp the app is stuck on chat page and it won’t let me access my account, I was adding a payment card and it took me through a verification process then just stopped on chat page, tried deleting app.. reinstalled.. same issue.. Help!

@RevolutApp I've loved Revolut but when you lose £3k and no-one can help it really does put you off. I've recommended to many and now I just feel horrible getting them into such a horrible situation. I have to say the Twitter guy has been great but only so much he can do. Gutted!
