In late December our female duck here in the Horticulture Department at Rampton Hospital started to lay eggs but due to the aggressive male the eggs were placed into the incubator. Then to the great delight of both staff and patients on 4th & 9th of February these three arrived.

Hi all Just to introduce the new arrivals in the Horticulture unit at Rampton Hospital. The eggs were laid in the middle of October with the first of the chicks hatching on 5th November.

Hi Folks As promised last week here are a few photos of the ducklings that were hatched 10 days ago at the horticulture unit at Rampton Hospital. Both ducklings are growing fast and doing really well. Hopefully we will get a few photos of them swimming in the 'Duckling Pool'
