I was chatting with parents yesterday, saying that I'm jealous of my assistant doing her UEFA B insitu on Monday. I love the butterfly feeling you get when you are way out of your comfort zone! A reason I loved the UEFA B & why I'm enjoying tutoring CPD events and prison work.

I saw some of the worst coaching I've seen at a youth level today! Aggressively berated his players mistakes, praised his players for blatant fouls, argued with officials, squared up to me when I stepped in to break it up! People like that should be nowhere near youth football.

I've been focused on losing weight, and I've now lost 12 pounds, but today I took it a bit too far! No breakfast, and a 279 calorie chicken salad for lunch left me running on empty by the middle of the afternoon! Not a great way to go into a training session! Lesson learnt!
