Users may see connection error messages or slow responses at present. We are investigating and seeking to resolve this.

RMweb is currently offline whilst we do a backup before some software updates. We'll be back as soon as possible. We're also putting some processes in place to mitigate against the slowdowns experienced at the end of last week and over the weekend.

Users may see a 502 Bad Gateway message at present. Dediserve Limited seem to have a wider-spread issue at present as I can't access their site to enquire what the problem is.

Some users may see a 502 Bad Gateway message. The site is working but some links in some browsers may not. Just try entering RMweb.co.uk in your browser or a link from a Google search.

Users may get messages that the site is down. We have asked Dediserve to stick some more RAM in the server for us to see if we can avoid problems such as the last two evenings.

We are currently upgrading software on the server before performing a comprehensive backup prior to updating the forum software. The work, in total, is expected to take up to 48 hours during which there will be interruptions to service.
