Senate Bill 966 failed by a 16-23 vote. A second vote was then held, at which point three legislators switched their votes in support of prohibition. We still prevailed. Flavored nicotine vaping products will remain legal in Virginia. #VapingSavesLives #VAPol

@RSSVC @AdamEbbin Far more high school kids binge drink than vape frequently. According to the CDC, binge drinking causes 4,300 deaths and 119,000 emergency room visits every year. Nicotine vaping doesn't make you intoxicated, stupid or violent. And it doesn't kill. No teen should vape, but...
