@proximus. Wat een totaal niet-empathische, gevoelloze shopmedewerker in Aalst. Mama van bijna 80 kon haar account niet overzetten op haar naam omdat ze niet kon bewijzen dat Henri haar man was geweest en dat hij overleden was. Op haar doc stond Rik ipv Henri😤😡
En jammer genoeg was dat niet het enige dat fout liep...#shameonyou #terriblecustomerexperience
@DenysJan Klopt helemaal Jan. Wij krijgen wel veel vragen voor loopbaancoaching. Mensen willen vanuit hun reflectie kijken naar wat ze anders kunnen aanpakken binnen de huidige werkcontext. Ze zijn (door de onzekere economische situatie) niet geneigd om van job te veranderen
