You're gonna love and want to bookmark this amicus curiae brief that our AZGOP filed along with the Georgia and Maryland GOPs supporting Kari Lake's and Mark Finchem's petition for certiorari to SCOTUS appealing dismissal of their voting machine tabulator lawsuit. Attorney William J. Olson decimated the bogus decisions by judges around the country dismissing election lawsuits on standing, going over in precise detail how that was never done until 2020, and how these judges have tricked people into thinking you have to prove the actual merits of the case first in order to get standing. 🤡🤡🤡🤡The reality is, a few honest judges in the 2020 election cases clearly stated you do NOT need to prove fraud to overturn an election - much less prove it to qualify for standing!

@Rach_IC Never going to see superb analysis like this from @ine198419876061 or @tomryanlaw Good work!
@Rach_IC We need to be able to throw out questionable boxes and count only the rest instead of an all new vote. @ElectionLawCtr @EFFE4USA @MelanieInVA @TrueTheVote @America1stLegal
@Rach_IC Ya the judges suddenly, in 2020, demanding that any individual case of election fraud must have been, if proven, sufficient to change outcome of natl election, and that no individual could show personal injury for standing, was likely pre-arranged by the Election Theft Committee
