@VodafoneUK still no internet!!!! Not repaired now for 2 weeks and 2 days
@VodafoneUK They do absolutely nothing to help. There’s no point. I’m just publicly documenting how terrible Vodafone is at managing repairs.
@VodafoneUK still no internet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@VodafoneUK still nooooo internet!!!!! Over 2 weeks now and not fixed. It apparently dongle that only serves my laptop is what Vodafone deems a suitable replacement ….and for which they also sent me a bill for
@VodafoneUK why have you not fixed the internet…sent me a dongle which only serves my laptop and then sent me a bill charging me almost as much as broadband? GET THE BROADBAND FIXED
@VodafoneUK internet still not repaired….
@VodafoneUK Details sent I’ll continue on here until it’s resolved.
@VodafoneUK NO!!!!! I have already done this it does me no good!!!!! Have you read any of my posts???? 2 weeks!!!! It’s been 2 weeks and no internet. You then promised me a dongle to arrive 24-48 hours 48hours ago….guess what? It hasn’t arrived! So no Thomas, no. I won’t call them again
@VodafoneUK Oh my goodness, why didn’t I think of that? Oh yes that’s right I have done it several times over the last week. The date for repair keeps changing but nobody keeps me informed. That was helpful thank you so so so much
@WeAreOpenreach your engineers still don’t seem to have learnt how to fix cables….perhaps some training?
@VodafoneUK you people have no clue what customer service is. No internet for over 2 weeks and I have had to call you every time to get updates. 4 times you’ve changed your mind of the date for repair and haven’t even bothered to call despite escalated complaint
@VodafoneUK I don’t care what you want Reece. I will post on here for every morning and afternoon that the service fails to be repaired
@VodafoneUK I’ve also just received an email from your complaints team telling me my complain has been resolved! Typical example of your terrible customer service. It is NOT resolved
@VodafoneUK No you post on here publicly once you’ve got the internet sorted in the Shirehampton area of Bristol. I’m going to keep everyone updated in the meantime. It’s been down since 19th September and you’ve given me 4 new dates of when it will be fixed
@VodafoneUK No I’ve already contacted you privately but you still don’t seem to be able to resolve the issue. Let’s see how you cope publicly. Shirehampton in Bristol look up the issue on your records and let’s post publicly when you’ve managed to resolve it shall we?
