@asda your delivery service is AWFUL! I booked an order Friday evening to turn up yesterday morning between 10 and 12. I waited all day and had nothing. I’m this time I rang customer services multiple times, just to be told we’re unsure why there’s a delay, you’ll get it soon …
I call up at 5.30pm some 7 hours after it was meant to be delivered, and I get told the driver couldn’t find me so gave up. No call for directions, nothing. They rebook the order for today and tell me I don’t have to pay again. However, because I don’t have the funds in my bank
