@RealShelfy Would be cool if the new cba would Adopt the nhl buyout cause trea would probably be option #1. Then he’d go somewhere else and probably start actually hitting again lol

@DavidEsser_ This should be the first thing said to him before he’s even said hello to. “Don’t talk to Kevin long, hello welcome to the team”

@BT_Chris_ @JClarkNBCS I thought the same thing and how we constantly heard we need a righty. Why do we need a righty if we can get someone who can hit righty and lefty pitchers well

@wfreeman0 unless the Phillies trade for Ohtani, Yordon Alvarez, and Bobby Witt then nothing will fix all the glaring issues in the lineup.

@Clarky5_29 @JeffPassan Always thought the phillies also were concerned with getting players who hit for average and not home runs lol

@DylanDeNick2 @BookEmDano1282 @mccrystal_alex While I get your point with this, long has been here the whole time marsh has and now in year 4 marsh is doing amazing. Not saying it happens overnight, but I’m not ready to give Long credit.

@mccrystal_alex Perfectly fine with it in his first year. Would like to eventually see more stolen bases obviously but at some point that should come if he gets to hit higher in the lineup.
