But today after speaking to the rep she advised nothing had been escalated and the only thing she could offer was a refund.
I ordered a Fitbit on 11.30 and it was to be delivered on 07Dec plenty of time for my Dad’s birthday. Then our account showed the delivery running late and would now arrive on the 18th. I called customer service three times. The first two times they said they would escalate
