@Roseyanny Farina Molino Caputo Pizzeria is what I’ve found works well, but good to have an alternative option

@Roseyanny Not tried sour dough yet, been doing 12hr dough, then 48hr, and also tried poolish too. Found myself a great Italian deli that I can the right flour and San Mazono tomatoes from. It’s the little things that all add up and help

A trip to Brum this weekend, over a year since I’ve been up. Managed to squeeze a trip over to @CotteridgeWines and got to see Kal and pick up a few treats and take all their Augustiner Helles, sorry anyone else who wanted some

@Roseyanny What’s your dough process? Invested in a dome recently so still trialling recipes. Got myself a pretty decent outside kitchen/cook area after a long time working in it

@tania_nexust I’ve not been to see them since they started doing gigs again, was kind of worried it wouldn’t live up to the great memories of gigs 30 years ago.

Lots of potential for fun, you can create whatever you want, even beers that nearly made it to the fridge.

@Roseyanny I’ve been watching lots of the flights landing, glad you had a decent flight, I certainly wouldn’t want to have been flying the last few days

@RobertosDigbeth @RobertoRossUK Really? Oh man I saw that post and found it hilarious. Can't believe the rag did an article on it, no-one really reads that thing anyway do they? What a great way though to get noticed though, perhaps you need to get a pot noodle beer brewed to follow it up 😂

@Snowflake604 @JonnyBright84 You should try harlequin or olicana, certainly not earthy and getting very close to US fruit flavours

This was a bit of a bucket list kind of day for me as I’ve loved Siren and their beer Soundwave for a long time now.

It has been a lot of fun making this with @SirenCraftBrew. We love Soundwave and it’s great to now be able to brew it at home to the exact recipe! Thank you so much for the collab folks! The Malt Miller | Brew With Us | Siren Craft Brew - Soundwave youtu.be/DfaOjTR6N-w
