Semoga bermanfaat! Sumber Ilmiah: -Short- and Long-Term Effects of a Novel on Connectivity in the Brain

no offense but reading is literally the cure to brain rot and there's no work around to reading books.

🗣️ Wilcox has appointed 2 managers within two seasons, both with contrasting styles, and failed to back either. Has anyone at the club asked him “what is YOUR PLAN, Jason? What identity have you set for the club? We’re on the brink of sacking our SEVENTH manager, what’s your next move? You want Eddie Howe? Ok, what are your reasons? How will you do things differently to make sure he doesn’t end up being the 8th sacked manager next October?” If he feels he isn’t being given the tools to do his job properly, he should resign. That’s what a top executive would do. He has no connection to the club like Carrick does, and I’m sure he doesn’t partially care for us either. So it’s hardly like he’d be giving up on the club he owes everything to. Nobody would blame him. In fact he’d have the backing of the fans for standing up. But he won’t, because he knows that no top club in the world would be stupid enough to offer him such a position.

Peter Schmeichel was fantastic in this podcast. He made so many great points about Manchester United and how the club can turn its situation around. 1. Bring former players back into the club This doesn’t necessarily mean putting them in charge of the first team. It means having them involved throughout the club, including in the academy and in senior football roles, where they can pass on what they learned over the years and help preserve the culture of Manchester United. Players like Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes understand what this club stands for. They were part of its most successful years, yet so many former players are no longer involved. These players are part of Manchester United’s culture, and their knowledge and experience should be present within the club. Schmeichel also called out Jason Wilcox. His point was that people in positions of authority need to understand Manchester United from the inside. Wilcox doesn’t have that experience at the club. Why not give former United players the opportunity to take on roles such as sporting director? They know the culture and what it takes to succeed at Manchester United. 2. The solution is in the club’s history Throughout its most successful periods, Manchester United placed its trust in youth. Developing young players and giving them opportunities was central to the club’s identity. That focus has faded, and United need to return to it. The club doesn’t have to look far for answers. So much of what made Manchester United successful is already there in its history. Ultimately, I don’t believe the manager is the main problem that needs fixing. The management above him needs to change. As long as that stays the same, I don’t believe Manchester United’s situation will truly change.

This was after United won 3 in a row. We have not heard anything from Wilcox after that. Why not come out and explain what's happening, Jason? Are we still driving high standards every single day? Because from the outside it looks like a freaking clown show.

Finally someone says the right thing Kalau @PorosHalangID udah dari 2019 teriak teriak ini bukan soal manager, back your manager, glazers out, manajemen bobrok... Tapi kan kita dianggap bukan siapa siapa. Asal bacot bla bla bla... Nah kalau udah bekas pemain bicara mau kan kalian dengarkan.. udah sadar gak selama ini kalian dengar si cuntbridge, si gendut london, si perempuan judo itu semua bacot cari sensasi... We love Manchester united from the heart, we want you to understand the real situation bukan cari sensasi demi cuan doang. THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE

- You’re publicly talking to managers, you have been for 3 weeks. - Briefing constantly in the press about your targets. - You have a manager and coaching staff who have been led to believe they are going. - You have not communicated or backed anyone. @ManUtd cowards.
