@RavenOf8 It’s doubtful they’ll make any big changes to mutations though because they’re only temporary. They’re only going to be around for a couple weeks so either the changes would be rushed or would come with little time left anyway. IMO they should prioritize balancing the normal game

@RavenOf8 Fuck me that's genius. Not a new concept for sure, familiar to rpgs, but damn. That's pretty nice. I mean, they have a similar system in place for the brawler acquisition (being able to CHOOSE your next brawler... though limited to only a few options at a time). Not far off.
@RavenOf8 come from the monster eggs along with skins and cosmetics. No one wants to open it and find coins or power points, it's just super disappointing. The mode should have obviously been play tested more and some mutations are 'objectively' better then others. Just a lot of problems.
@RavenOf8 1/2 Honestly from the start this mode shouldn't have been for trophies, it's being exploited just like map maker was. I think you should get a guaranteed 6 eggs from the event every 3 days instead of a loss giving you a stardrop. Not only that but I think a mutation should only

@RavenOf8 I think misconstruing the failed balancing and the premium aspects is a tough thing not to do, but in the grand scheme of things, if your club is active, it's unlikely you won't get the skin. The only real change is they should increase the requirement and remove the time limits.

@RavenOf8 Pt.1 I disagree. There's something there about unlocking a mutation through the eggs. It "scratches" an itch and feels actually rewarding. Yes, some mutations are better than others, but that's a separate issue. Spending money here is unwise, but it's also the buyers prerogative.
@RavenOf8 A separate event with separate awards (ie. The exclusive skins, pins, pfps, etc.) from the other reward tracks seems so much more inviting and feels more "club like" with all the club tie ins. Similar to Pig, but actually fun because of the mutations.
@RavenOf8 Pt.2 I semi agree. I think the mutations are so busted (on some brawlers) that the rng of random queuing is fine. You win some you lose some. It's not going to be skill based... at all. What I think makes more sense though, remove trophies and have this completely separate.
@RavenOf8 I fully agree with pt.3. I never get how things get released so imbalanced. You're telling me a billion dollar gaming company doesn't have the ability to simulate all their brawlers and double check the interactions? Every major (respectable) game has game testers.
@RavenOf8 of us who suffered due to these glitches, and punishment for overusing the glitches in the game mode. Not sure what though. Mabye not eggs considering 1250 eggs milestone is easy to get even considering the lost matches due to the glitches. Just need to get daily two eggs X 30!
@RavenOf8 Got 6/6 rare drops because of being bad the game mode (including not knowing what to do in the first match) and atleast three matches ruined by glitches used by enemy teams. Considering this is a collab, I am guessing there will be some kind of compensation for those ----->
@RavenOf8 mode would have been great. I have gotten three mutations - Hank, Rico and Gray. The third is useless in City Rampage, first's pretty bad, and then Rico is just... Am I the only one who finds it unfun to play with ridiculously over powered brawlers?
@RavenOf8 supercell heard ladder is more competitive then ranked so they added mutations to ladder
@RavenOf8 Some really good ideas there. One thing about your second idea. I honestly have no clue why they didn't think about bringing that "random game mode, random brawler" back, specifically for mutations. I think it was called Mystery Mode? Or even the original hypercharge ---->
