Imagine freezing & someone in a warm house tells u "it won't be cold forever" but cant invite u inside. Being offered a hug when u need to be held. Starving and someone gives u a single bite and not a crumb more. Words and tears are cheap.

Every time I'm forced to once again rely only on myself, I lose faith in others a little more. There is no hope for me.

does anyone else get insanely romantically frustrated, like i know sexual frustration is a thing but sometimes i get super intense cravings for soft kisses or make out sessions or cuddling naps or things like that and it's way more frustrating to me than sexual cravings

You told me once that you had seen me being loved so wrong by others before, and thought to yourself that you could love me better. Well, you did. And now what do I do with all this love that still wasn't enough to keep me from losing you?

It hurts to walk away from someone who doesn't see walking away as an option

I tried so hard, for so long. I begged to be heard and understood. But you're in a toxic environment. You won't heal until you break the cycle. You won't break the cycle until you break free. And I cant be part of that and I can't watch it. God I miss you so much tho...

You can't go to therapy for others and others can't go to therapy for you. Everyone has to go for themselves. Sometimes therapy won't "fix" a person, sometimes they're just like that 🤷🏻‍♀️

What fucking good does not talking to me at all do? You're gonna hold this boundary with me and not the others and be right back where you were before we started dating, all 3 of you resenting each other but smiling through it.

Don't forget that I love you. Don't forget that I want you. Don't forget our connection. Don't forget that all I want to do is support and love each other.

I am surrounded by love. I may not love myself, but I know that I am wonderful and amazing and a delight and a pleasure. I know exactly who I am in spite of my insecurities. I don't need you. But I want you.

I hate when my gut is telling me something is wrong, but I don't have the understanding or the words to advocate for myself or know exactly what it is. And then later I'm like AH HA but it's too fucking late.
