Ballot Papers apparently Misleading! The Symbol next to "Shair" looks like "Balla" or "BAT" where as it is not! The Bat sign is 5th after Shair! This is misleading & uneducated people might be mistakenly putting stamp on that sign which looks like "balla" People should be warned
