Tip three is, stay out of the sun when it is the warmest which usually is between 11 am and 14 pm. Why not use this time to go workout where it's air conditioned. This way you use your time wisely and kill two birds with one stone.

Another tip for those hot summer days to stay healthy and hydrated. Chop up watermelon in pieces and put in the freezer they will turn into popcicles and are very low in calories and filled with water.

It's another hot summer day!🌞 Remember to hydrate with WATER, soda, coffee, iced tea & similar will not hydrate you, they will cause the oposite affect. You need to drink about 3 liters of water for every 30 kgs of your weight. If it's hot add another 0,5 liter. Enjoy yor day!
