Its literally part of my job to ask. I like hearing about your life and little stories but save the personal stuff for the doctor.
Personal space is non existent to some and it seriously astonishing to me sometimes.
Would you like me to pull up a chair for you so we can sit here like bffs and schedule your appointment together? No. Back up mister

I don't get paid enough for this some days.

Cause you know its my fault you didnt make an apoointment and hes currently busy.
Dont just walk in and get snappy with me because the doctor is with somebody who actually made an appointment. You can take a seat and wait.

Sometimes the lack of common sense in a patient really gets to me..
