Aside from the teachers the Hibernian Academy is staffed by Púca, a race of ghost like shape shifting Fae. Jo Larkin, one of the Four Founders, insists the Púca are fairly compensated for their work but refuses to explain how

The reason why the Hibernian Academy uses the term "Practitioner" is that not only is it gender neutral, it's also culturally neutral. Students and staff may identify as wizards, witches, warlocks, gwylds, volvas, whatever term is appropriate to their culture.

What we'd really love for the Hibernian Academy is to have the esteemed Miggeldy Higgins @PresidentIRL play the headmaster of the school for our inaugural run of our game. I can't think of a better person to guide the foundation of a new Irish Tradition.
