VIKKI that's what you call RUDE! You calling me NOT to TWEET is rude! Do your job it's called Customer Service clearly @JeepCares knows nothing about that!
@JEEPCARES VIKKI offering me a 10 day rental at my expense that you MIGHT reimburse is NOT a satisfactory resolution after having my truck for 33 days and counting!
@JeepCares you now have Vikki call me to tell me I'm being RUDE for tweeting! If I don't stop that you are going to take your 10 day rental at my expense AWAY! GUESS WHAT VIKKI I'M STILL TWEETING!
@JeepCares @AmandaSpradlin @JeepCares VIKKI for your information yes I received the information after ME CALLING not because you called me. Know the facts before you come for me aggressively!
@JeepCares @AmandaSpradlin @JeepCares instead of case manager Bonnie calling me or sending an email to me she writes notes and doesn't answer calls or respond to emails as per other reps. This is A1 customer service. #frustrated
@JeepCares Vikki know your audience before you threaten someone. Great Customer Support NOT!
@JeepCares Vikki your scare tactics didn't work! Instead of being RUDE and attempting to chastise your customers you should listen and do something. People complain for MISTREATMENT & FRUSTRATION
@SDSummitJeep thank you for doing right by me. UNLIKE @JeepCares!
@JeepCares @AmandaSpradlin @SDSummitJeep weeek before they told me this week now today they say next week
@JeepCares @jessicaa_beach @JeepCares instead of case manager calling me or sending an email to me she writes notes and doesn't answer calls or respond to emails as per other reps. This is A1 customer service. #frustrated
