@OoniHQ I received this brand new scratched Koda today. Your support asks me to drop it off 1 hour away, and wait for a few weeks for a replacement. It's disappointing to say the least, not really the quality nor the customer focus I expected. How do you make it up?

@BlaBlaCar I've been a community member for years, but had the worst experience taking BlaBlaBus. The bus didn't show up after 3h, support didn't care the least, it sounded normal to them. Do you really care about the community, beyond twitter messages?

@BlaBlaCar Do you plan to hire an actual support team, or are you keeping your useless robots, unable to say whether a bus is 3h late or canceled?

@BlaBlaCar Glad to see you have buses that actually show up at departure. This wasn't my experience. After 3h waiting in the cold, your support simply asked me to cancel, without providing any solution for actually traveling.

@sn26567 @volotea @Aeroport_BOD @AeroportNice Yet, Volotea planes fly, but Volotea completely ignores EC No 261/2004. Very dishonest and customer unfriendly.
