Over the past 13 years, the Affordable Care Act has allowed over 35M Americans to get the health coverage they deserve. We must continue building on this progress & make coverage more affordable across the U.S. I will always stand in the way of any effort to move us backward.
@RepDelBene You were organized enough to arrange for a tour of Congress for my daughter & I in 2019, yet I haven't been able to afford healthcare since 2014. What gives? Please prioritize basic human rights, healthcare, housing, nutrition & education, above EVERYTHING else.
@RepDelBene @NevieGirl83 Look into how many people go uninsured because the least expensive option for single coverage is over $700/month Lots of folks don't have $8,400 to spend...before they add in the out of pocket deductible Many MAY get it, but it's insane to tie coverage to an employer's choice
