This is how the Constitution dies. By a tie vote, the amendment to require a warrant to spy on Americans goes down in flames. This is a sad day for America. The Speaker doesn’t always vote in the House, but he was the tie breaker today. He voted against warrants.
@RepThomasMassie What Republicans voted against the government getting a warrant to spy on Americans?
@RepThomasMassie GOODBYE OLD FRIEND.
@RepThomasMassie The same government that needs warrantless searches on American citizens for 'our safety' has allowed millions of unvetted foreign nationals across our borders. x.com/frei4nebraska/…

@RepThomasMassie We live under tyranny folks.
@RepThomasMassie 🤦🏼♀️ I appreciate you & all the others who tried. #GetAWarrant

@RepThomasMassie GOODBYE OLD FRIEND. 😞
@RepThomasMassie Doesn't that simply make this unconstitutional?
@RepThomasMassie If you haven’t done anything wrong, Senator, you should be fine with being searched without a warrant
@RepThomasMassie And y’all thought @SpeakerJohnson was gonna be something “different” in the seat.
