Ranked Choice Voting could have changed Super Tuesday: 2 million+ votes went to candidates that dropped out. 🔸Bloomberg 1,650,436 🔸Buttigieg 423,931 🔸Klobuchar 270,529 🔸Steyer 122,216 RCV lets voters rank candidates, so their vote is still counted if a candidate drops out.
