Ironically, as the locals bury their love ones overland that is purported not theirs, migrants continue to settle and establish businesses in Apaa. This is not about Madi and Acholi people, its about the third party interest that seem to be silent but dangerous.
The issue of Apaa needs an urgent and immediate settlement. There is no way a community that existed peacefully for years should be divided to caused mayhem to themselves. Deaths in Apaa and the cries of women is a pigment to our consciousness. Let us act now.

President's Apology is in good direction, but not enough. A national apology and reconciliation for heinous crimes and human right abuses can not take a casual way. The whole of northern Uganda from Karamoja to West Nile deserve a formal apology, reconciliation and reparation.
These are need jerk reactions which leaders must be above. What will the lower citizens do then? What is, even more interesting is that, the WB loans were of no use to Ug since much of them are swindled. Do we still have honest leadership with national focus. At TRGD, we doubt.
