Revival @RevivalVal

Casual players want to be a part of competitive spaces so bad but they refuse to have competitive mindset. Instead they continue being a casual in those competitive spaces and get upset when they aren't treated nicely for putting 0 effort. Go back to where you belong or grow up

Tier 1 & 2 players: if you don’t have an agency even if you do there’s a good chance nobody has told you this. If you have contracts expiring, you may be owed **skin money, salary, or other payments**. This video by @valerie_horyna is a MUST-WATCH. It breaks down a real case and explains how the process works:youtube.com/watch?v=hgTC28… Even if you’re not currently owed money, understanding your rights and how disputes work is highly recommended. Dispute Resolution (EMEA): competitiveops.riotgames.com/en-US/dispute-… If you need help figuring out where to go or who to speak to, I can point you in the right direction.

One of the most genuine souls and hard working professionals in the aim training community, can't recommend him enough

LFT POST A lot of people have asked if I’m still interested in competing, absolutely. After being dropped, some serious real-life issues put me in a bad place and kept me away from competing. I received no trials last year, but I’ve spent that time working on myself both in and out of the server. I’m hungry to compete again and looking for an opportunity to prove what I can do. Hoping to get some trials this year and find the right project to commit to. Senti/Flex Any region T1/T2 My DMs are open for offers, trials, or opportunities. 📩

How to Craft a Sponsorship Email/Pitch I received A LOT of DMs on how to pitch/draft an email and thought I should just share the sauce with everyone here. Here is a template I would suggest to follow: - Introduction - who are you? What do you specialize in? Streamer, youtuber, short form content, long form, editor, etc. What makes you special? - Current and past Partnerships - Resume time. Show your history and your current work. This builds up your credentials. - Why you are interested with that company specifically - Take the time to research THEM. Why do you want work with them specifically? Do you align with their morals, mission, etc. Or do you just simply like their product? What about it do you like? Show your genuine interest here. - What are you looking for - Partnership, Sponsorship, Affiliation, Employment Application, etc. Make it clear why you reaching out. - What can you offer - Show your past work of product reviews, deliverables that were successful, etc. Now tailor it for their company/product specifically and how it will look working alongside them. SHOW THAT YOU THOUGHT ABOUT A GAME PLAN ALREADY. This proves initiative. - Thank them for their time ALWAYS. Small kind gestures like this are not overlooked. Stay grateful, stay humble. - BONUS POINTS if you send the exact medias via links for them to easily access your content. Make it as simple as possible for the brand/company/product. If you have a media kit, always include too. Ofc, this does not have a 100% success rate but this is a good starting template to get you started. Best of luck out there <3

People are handling toxicity in esports the worst way possible. If you mute people who are toxic, if you play in premade to avoid toxicity, you can kiss your career goodbye. Show me how you handle toxicity, and I will tell you right away if you can succeed and become a pro, or if you will just waste the next 5 years of your life while pretending to do what it takes. In this video, you will understand why your way of handling toxicity will end your career, and I will then present you the best way to deal with it. The process you will use FAIRY TALE 14:49 Face reality 16:20 Acknowledge that you are the problem 17:33 Identify your imaginary rules 19:05 Refocus on your real goal 20:54 Yank yourself out of victimhood 23:36 Translate belief into tangible evidence 27:14 Audit your process and your thinking 29:08 Leverage every situation 32:16 Expose yourself to your limits and push even further
