Sad to see. My friends were already bemoaning this kind of behavior over a decade ago. Dorks going into used game stores buying up tons of inventory obviously for the express purpose of reselling them online. This destroys vibrant local communities that keep retro games alive.

This is just basic Econ 101. Buy cheap and resell somewhere people are willing to pay more. It's good for the seller, but bad for the local community and deadly to the hobby/culture in the long run.
