Maybe you’re already feeling the weight of what the day might ask of you—finances that feel tight, a body that is tired, a relationship that needs mending, or simply the courage to keep going when strength feels low. I’ve walked through seasons where the list of needs felt longer than the list of answers. In those moments, this verse didn’t shout; it whispered. It reminded me that my God is not limited by what I can see or what I can do. He supplies according to *His* riches in glory, not according to my bank balance, my energy level, or my ability to figure it all out. Emotionally, that truth lands like a warm covering over a restless heart. It tells the anxious places inside us that we are not left to scramble alone. Spiritually, it draws our eyes upward and outward—to Christ Jesus, the One in whom every promise finds its “yes.” Because of Him, our needs are not merely met with the bare minimum; they are met from a storehouse that never runs dry. That changes how we face the ordinary battles of the day. We don’t march forward in our own limited resources. We move with the quiet confidence that the same God who clothed the lilies and fed the sparrows is personally attentive to the details of our lives. So this morning, take a deep breath and let that promise settle over whatever is pressing on you. Your needs are known. Your God is able. And His supply is already measured out in glory. Father, thank You for the gift of this new day and for the steady assurance of Your provision. Meet every need—seen and unseen—according to Your riches in Christ Jesus. Calm anxious hearts, renew weary spirits, and teach us to rest in You rather than strive in our own strength. In Jesus’ name, amen.
