Zainab Alert Bill is about reporting mechanism of a missing child, to address Child Sexual Abuse there is need of an holistic Child Protection System. Legal Reforms, prevention measures, LSBEducation, Early detection & managmnt of cases, Rehabilitation & Recovery are part of it.
