Thoughts and prayers out to this UPS facility employee who stole the contents out of 3 of my packages as I will be contributing majorly to his downfall. Stole over $5K of my property. This guy is so, so cooked. He’s fucked.

Tomorrow, I’m dropping my incendiary report on the current situation with StockX, UPS, and the UPS Watertown, MA Facility. I will notably highlight StockX’s refusal to comply with an ongoing criminal matter, just north of $6,000. Unfortunately, this matter is very serious.
Then, the third Goyard pouch arrives at StockX for authentication on April 24, 2024 and it also fails authentication for missing contents. What the actual fuck. What an absolute nightmare. At this point, I’m realizing that I’ve been the victim of a serious, serious crime.
I try to insist and get the issue escalated, but, still, no cooperation from StockX. They won’t even file a case with UPS, even though they are the only ones who can, given the labels are generated through their UPS customer account.
I’m scrambling for evidence and I start documenting everything. I request full drop-off logs from UPS and I get all three manifests for the labels that StockX provided… none of them are insured. Of course they don’t want to honor the sales.
Police Officer & StockX both reached back out today. Hopefully steering in the right direction 🙏
Not to mention that any curious UPS employee can be made fully aware of what I was shipping out. StockX as the receiver name, canvas handbag as the item description. I’m certain that the UPS employee knew what they were after when they targeted my packages
To StockX, I hope you will come to understand that the day you start valuing your customer service will be the day you will earn satisfactory consumer sentiment and confidence. Until then, you will continue to fail your buyers and sellers alike.
I may never see my Goyard bags or the sale earnings ever again but I will be seeing a good outcome out of this story. Shit happens, we will all keep moving forward. The cost of doing business is what they call it. Will keep you all updated accordingly 🙂
