@HSBC_UK I have been trying to use the app on my iPhone for several days to get a banner message ‘Server unavailable please try later’ totally reliant on the app’s security number generator to sign online.when will this be resolve????
@SP_EnergyPeople Details sent as requested. On Tues you said would contact as quick as poss. Still silence. Tried to phone AGAIN the system offered a call back. Happy days! The call back came and ‘the next available operator will take the call’ an HOUR later the line went dead. Rediculous!!!!!
